I asked few questions on Facebook messanger but I was not connected so I never received ur answers I want to know some details to stay fit in general how tall are you and ur weight I never seen any movies or videos or songs but one of my friend recommended to see Surya Putra Karna so I start watching I like young boy karna when I see adult karna for the first time u didn’t look good to me as karna personality you look little older in that character at first sight then I got used too to see you everyday as karna character very knowledgable and very strong personality compare to Arjun and you were the jesth kontai putra karna of course Krishna Saurabh Pandey another handsome character both look dashing together in YouTube video about pasan and shreyaskar both body builder gym goers
My question is how you could manage to eat salads everyday do u make varieties of salads how u make sautéed veggies which oil u use m asking becoz m same age as you and I lost one kidney last year I had worst kidney disease ever so m concerned with health so started eating salads I eat rotli dal bhat sak sorry I am Gujarati Patel due to kidney problem I have to do diet which I did for 10 years also how you take care of ur skin how you maintain the body skin tone want to know more about hair skin nails teeth etc I know u not a doctor or personal fitness trainer either I am not a gym person either but I luv to do yoga and could make my body flexible since childhood please help me with diet since u r pure vegetarian me too only little difference is I believe in Bhagwan Swaminarayan in this religion we don’t eat onion or garlic also not any kind of meat or seafood and no eggs either I live in America in Edison NJ I don’t Goto restaurants and anybody home for dinner I cook my own food home made fresh delicious Gujarat thali also make some easy recepies home made versions with lots of veggies raw or some sautéed pls kindly reply to my msg waiting for ur reply dear please help to keep me in good shape and maintain body weight it’s natural as we age we gain weight gradually and yes I work in pharmacy and have to work in 1 place table job doing data entry work so if u have any exercise for that pls help me too with that I suffer from mild Levoscoliosis too hoping u could help me about health fitness I really appreciate ur help dear
